The Alpine House
Description:
A home established to assist the returning mental health patient from inpatient status to life in the community.
Eligibility:
Must be referred and recommended by Wasatch Behavioral Health, Utah State hospital, or other recognized agency.
Applicants must: be over the age of 18, have a favorable rehabilitative potential, and be willing to cooperate and live according to the expectations of the Alpine House. Not the right placement fit for individuals with recent history of substance abuse, physical aggression or criminal history, or nursing care support needs.
