Bear River Regional Housing Authority

Provides home rehabilitation services, housing down payment loans and grants, low income home loans, low income/subsidized rental housing, and weatherization programs. Also provides access to housing authorities and their programs.

Weatherization Programs
Description:

Enables low income individuals and families, particularly the elderly and handicapped, to participate in energy conservation programs. These programs will lessen the impact of utility costs on their household budgets.

Eligibility:
Individuals, families, elderly persons (60 years of age or older), and the handicapped who meet 125% or less of the current federal poverty income guidelines are eligible to participate in the Weatherization Assistance Program. Priority is given to the elderly and handicapped, high-energy consumption, emergency situations, and where pre-school children are present.
