Cache HEAT Program

The HEAT Program provides year-round energy and water assistance as well as energy and water-related crisis assistance for eligible low income households throughout Utah. Applicants may qualify for a heating benefit (Oct. - Mar.), cooling benefit (Apr. - Sept.) and water assistance when applying for the HEAT Program.

The HEAT Program provides year-round energy and water assistance as well as energy and water-related crisis assistance for eligible low income households throughout Utah. Applicants may qualify for a heating benefit (Oct. - Mar.), cooling benefit (Apr. - Sept.) and water assistance when applying for the HEAT Program.

Eligibility:
Total household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level; household is responsible for paying home energy costs; the household has at least one adult (18 years of age or older or emancipated); household contains at least one US citizen or legal permanent resident.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm
