Provides eating disorder inpatient treatment, day and evening programs, aftercare follow-up, residential treatment, and outpatient therapy.
Eligibility:
The individual must have been diagnosed with an eating disorder. Inpatient treatment is available for adolescent girls and women. Outpatient treatment is available for adolescent girls and boys, adult men and women.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call for an intake interview.
Fees:
Services may be covered by private insurance, Medicaid, Tricare, religious, and nonprofit organizations.
