Community Action Partnership - Cedar City

Provides services for low-income individuals and families to be more self-sustaining. Services include birth certificate and driver's license fee payment assistance, bus fare, court-ordered community service referral programs, gas money, homeless diversion program, and rental payment and deposit assistance.

Description:

Provides rapid rehousing for those who are currently homeless and meet qualifications.

Eligibility:
For individuals who are homeless. Can be in a homeless shelter and still qualify.
