Will help individuals and families in Provo and Orem who qualify. Those living outside Provo and Orem can only receive assistance if the family has a minor child. Household gross income of less than 200% of the poverty guideline and have at least one legal resident of the US. Must have a shut-off notice to apply for utility assistance.

No restrictions for the first visit. Any returning visit will require proof of income and family size. Qualified individuals can access services every 2 weeks and re-certify based on income every 3 months. Households must demonstrate there is a need for emergency food assistance due to circumstance beyond their control.
