Child Passenger Safety Seat Inspections
Description:

Provides a vehicle safety seat check to ensure that the seat is the correct size for the child, that it is installed in the vehicle properly, and that there are no safety recalls on the car seat. The child and the vehicle where the seat will be installed must be present for the class.

Death Certificates
Description:

Provides death certificates for deaths that occurred within Davis County from 1973 to the present. Death certificates for deaths that occurred before August 1, 2006, should be obtained from the county where the death occurred. Death certificates for deaths before 1973 may be obtained from the Utah State Office of Vital Records.

Prenatal Care
Description:

Provides prenatal care through the Baby Your Baby program. Care covered includes outpatient pregnancy-related services such as doctor's appointments and prescriptions. The program does not cover labor and delivery.

Eligibility:
Financial help is available on a temporary basis to Utah women who are pregnant and do not have the money to pay for prenatal care. Income restrictions apply. US Citizens or Green Card holders for the last 5 years may apply.
