Eligibility:
Vehicles registered in Davis County, less than six (6) years old, are required to have an emissions test once every two (2) years. Any vehicle older than six (6) years old, and that is model year 1968 or newer for non-diesel vehicles, or 1998 and newer diesel vehicles, must receive an emissions test yearly. Diesel vehicles 1997 & older and Heavy Duty Diesels (>14,000lbs GVWR) are exempt from emissions testing.

Description:

Regulates food service establishments including restaurants, delis, food carts, cafeterias, caterers, concession stands, and various other businesses and organizations that engage in food preparation and service. The bureau also regulates temporary food events (booths) and temporary mass gatherings. Extensive food safety education is provided to food business owners, community organizations, and the general public regularly. Also, Davis County restaurant inspection records are available to the public on the website.

Description:

The Vehicle Repair and Replacement Program (VRRAP) provides financial assistance to Davis County residents or for vehicles that are operated in Davis County regularly. The program provides repair or replacement of vehicles that are unable to meet current emissions standards.

Eligibility:
Income at or less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Failed emissions test, no evidence of tampering with emission control systems, the vehicle must be registered or regularly operated in Davis County, have been registered in Utah within the last 12 months preceding the application, be registered under the vehicle owner's name, be model year 2004 or newer.
