Provides services for individuals who are homeless including prepared hot meals, bathing facilities, haircuts, laundry facilities, dental, case management, emergency shelter, and transitional housing. Also have Wasatch Mental Health and Mountainlands Community Health Center as onsite partners providing mental health and medical services. Partners with a group called My Story Matters to provide education curriculum to the cilents.

Rental aid is available for first month's rent considerations but requires proof of employment, a signed rental agreement, monthly budget, and other documentation demonstrating that rent obligations can thereafter be assumed by the client. Funding is grant dependent

Provides transition housing units onsite. It is set up to transition residents into permanent, affordable housing.Duration of stay will vary according to individual transition plans and willingness to adhere to program rules and participation level.
