A monthly online and quarterly meet up group for men during the postpartum years to improve their ability to support their partner and new baby through understanding postpartum depression and anxiety. The group works to diversify the father's support methods, maximize and make more efficient his time spent with his child, and provide a network of other men with similar goals. Topics include: child development, sex in the relationship, resources for dads, supporting the mother (irrespective of postpartum behavior), and ways to maximize his effectiveness as a father.
Free pregnancy and postpartum support groups are designed to be a safe place for mothers to share their pregnancy and postpartum concerns, fears, joys, and sorrows. Each meeting catered to needs of the group. Topics covered may include sleep, support systems, medications, and relationships.
Individual, couple, family or group counseling provided in-person, online or over the phone. Areas of therapist expertise include: motherhood, relationships, sex, transitions, mental health, prenatal or postpartum depression, art therapy and more.
Therapists can provide community presentations on a variety of women's topics. They also provide professional training on the Edinburgh Postpartum Screening Tool and on the topic of prenatal/postpartum depression and anxiety.
