A daycare food program that provides cash reimbursements for nourishing meals and snacks served to children ages 12 years and younger in licensed family day care homes. Information on eligibility, enrollment and claim forms are available on website.

Child and Adult Care Food Programs
Description:

Provides reimbursement for meals given to children in care. Includes caretaker's own children, if financially qualified, when caring for a minimum of one outside (day care) child.

Eligibility:
Licensed or state certified day care provider or qualified day care provider (relative of child). Must also attend annual training classes and maintain a safe and secure environment for the children.
Service Hours:
M - F 9 am - 4:30 pm; closed holidays

Call, email or submit online enrollment and claim forms.
