Provides prevention programs, rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing, and transitional housing for homeless veterans and veterans at risk of being homeless to return to self sufficiency.

Transitional Housing/Shelter
Description:

Provides transitional housing for homeless veterans and veterans at risk of being homeless to return to self sufficiency.

Eligibility:
Veterans of the active duty military with honorable discharge. Must live in Ogden, Utah.
Service Hours:
M - F 8:30 am ' 4:30 pm

Rapid Re-Housing Programs
Description:

Short term program that offers case management and temporary financial assistance such as security deposits, rental assistance, and utility assistance to homeless veterans in the community to get them into permanent housing as soon as possible.

Eligibility:
Veteran of active duty military with honorable discharge. Income below 50% AMI. Serves most of the state of Utah except Salt Lake County residents and South Eastern Idaho. Visit website for information.

Homeless Permanent Supportive Housing
Description:

Provides permanent supportive housing for homeless veterans and veterans at risk of being homeless to return to self sufficiency.

Eligibility:
Veterans who have completed the HVF transitional housing program and who are in need of ongoing support and case management. Must live in Ogden, Utah.
Service Hours:
M - F 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Homelessness Prevention Programs
Description:

Provides prevention programs for low income or veterans at risk of being homeless.

Eligibility:
Veteran of active duty military without a dishonorable discharge. Income below 50% AMI. Serves most of the state of Utah except Salt Lake County residents or South Eastern Idaho. Must also pass threshold screening of risk factors.

M - F 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
