For individuals with disabilities 6 months and older.
Service Hours:
M - F 9 am - 7 pm; Sa 9 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call to schedule an evaluation.
Fees:
$85 for the evaluation and $60 per session. Scholarship funding is available.
