Hope Clinic
Description:
Provides no-cost services to underinsured and uninsured people. General services include blood tests and medical education. The clinic also provides specialty care services including orthopedics, dermatology, nephrology, ENT, minor surgery, GYN, and diabetes treatment.
Eligibility:
Individuals and families at or below 150% of federal poverty guidelines, and are not eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, homeless services, or other programs.

Tu, W 8 am - 12 noon
