Neuter/Spay Services
Description:

Provides sterilization surgeries to pets for low income individuals or owners of rabbits.

Eligibility:
Pets that are at least 4 months old. For dog and cat sterilization, individual must be enrolled with one or more federal or state assistance programs.
Service Hours:
M - F 9 - 11:45 am & 1 - 5:45 pm; Sa 9 - 11:45 am & 1 - 3:45 pm

Fees:
$150-300, discounted fees for those with low income.

Animal Shelters
Description:

Provides shelter to surrendered pets that can no longer be cared for or are unwanted. Provides behavioral training and a private rehousing system as alternatives to surrender.

Eligibility:
Individuals who are wanting to surrender their pet. Must be the legal owner. Does not accept reptiles, fish, mice, or exotic animals.
Service Hours:
Su - Sa 11 am - 6 pm

Fees:
$100 for dogs and cats, $30 for rabbits and other small mammals.

Description:

Accepts court ordered volunteers to help with events, animal care, and general office tasks.

Eligibility:
Must be 16 or older. Does not allow individuals with charges that are violent, sexual, or animal related.

Animal Rights Groups
Description:

Provides advocacy for animal rights and welfare as well as sterilization surgeries to reduce the number of homeless animals.

Animal Services Volunteer Opportunities
Description:

Volunteers are needed to help with events, animal care, and general office work.

Eligibility:
Must be 12 years or older. Ages 12-15 must have an adult join them. Must be able to commit for 2 hours per week for 6 months.

Description:

Offers a variety of vaccinations for dogs, cats, and rabbits.

Eligibility:
Cats must be in carriers and dogs must be on leashes.

Animal Euthanasia Services
Description:

Euthanasia services for pets with cremation services.

Eligibility:
Will not euthanize any healthy or treatable pet. Will not euthanize a dangerous animal or an animal that has bitten within the past 10 days.
