Provides rescue/shelter/disaster related animal shelter facility for homeless animals, adoption/placement/spay and neuter services to reduce the number of homeless animals, court ordered community services, veterinary services such as sterilization, microchipping, vaccination, euthanasia, heartworm testing, and investigates and prosecutes certain cases of animal cruelty. Advocates for animal rights and welfare; related volunteer opportunities available.

Description:

Provides temporary shelter services for dogs, cats, and other small pets so that their families can evacuate or find appropriate shelter during times of disaster.

Eligibility:
Pets must be under 100 lbs and current on vaccinations.
