Provides programs and services which help homeless and low-income individuals and families work toward self-sufficiency. Programs include food pantries, homeless shelter, laundry and bathing facilities, birth certificate fee payment assistance, and life skills classes.

No restrictions for first visit. Any returning visit will require proof of income and family size.

Provides temporary shelter for those who are homeless. Maintains a family, women's, and men's shelter which provides case management, shower and laundry facilities. Sack lunch may also be available.
