James Madison Elementary Health Center

Health clinic located inside James Madison Elementary School, designed to serve the students at the school, family members, and residents in the neighborhood with comprehensive primary healthcare services. Offers services to patients of all ages, but primary focus is to serve school-aged children. (Please enter the clinic through the specified clinic/patient entrance on the North.) Offers Wellness programs, prescription expense assistance, and pediatrics.

Pediatrics
Description:

Primary focus is on the physical, emotional, and social health of school aged children.

Eligibility:
Designed to serve the school's students, their families, and neighborhood residents, but its primary focus is serving school-age children.
Service Hours:
M - Th 7:30 am - 1 pm & 2 - 6 pm; 2nd Tu of each month 9 am - 1 pm & 2 - 6 pm
Intake Procedure:

Fees:
Private insurance, Medicaid, CHIP, and Medicare are accepted. Minimum payments at the time of service begin at $35; discounted services are available for uninsured patients.

Description:

Prescription expense assistance offered to uninsured children, families, and adults under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Eligibility:
Prescription expense assistance is available to any Midtown Clinic patient; generally, patients are under 200% of Federal Poverty Level; Call for specific eligibility questions.

Routine and comprehensive health care provided. Services focus on the prevention and early detection of health problems through regular physical examinations, blood pressure checks, as well as therapeutic services for people who do not require specialty care.
