Lantern House/St Anne's Center

Assists persons who are homeless or low income. Offers emergency shelter for single men, single women, and families. Other services include an on site community clinic, general dentistry, clothing, hygiene products, soup kitchen (breakfast, lunch, and dinner served every day), homeless diversion program, veterans benefits assistance, fee payment assistance obtaining a birth certificate or identification, and a donation program for food or clothing. Also has volunteer opportunities available for individuals or groups, and court ordered community service.

Household Goods Donation Programs
Description:

Description:

Community Clinics
Description:

Provides primary care, behavioral health to individuals experiencing homelessness. Services include family planning, preventative care and physicals, well child checks, immunizations, self care support, treatment for acute and chronic illness, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment, and treatment for depression and anxiety.

Eligibility:
Those currently experiencing homelessness and for up to one year after being homeless.

M - F 7:30 am - 1 pm & 2 - 6 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call for appointment. Acute illness walk ins accepted, other walk ins accepted as schedule permits, except Mondays.

Homeless Shelter Volunteer Opportunities
Description:

Variety of volunteer opportunities for individuals or groups serving meals or with facility operations such as cleaning and collecting donations. Available for scout project.

Eligibility:
Must be at least 8 years old. Volunteers between 8 and 12 years old must have one adult to assist them. Groups no larger than 8 people.

Disaster Related Shelter Services
Description:

Emergency cold weather beds available as a part of expanded capacity due to Code Blue. Relaxed intake requirements and expedited intake.

Description:

Program designed to prevent homelessness for people seeking shelter by identifying immediate alternative housing arrangements and rapid response housing programs. Case managers willconnect individuals with services and financial assistance so they can return to permanent housing.
