Description:

Provides cell phone and service to those who qualify. Service is limited to one cell phone per household.

Eligibility:
Fill out eligibility pre-screening on website. In general, if a subscriber participates in any of the following programs, they are qualified for low-income telephone assistance: Temporary Assistance to needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Food Stamps, Medicaid, National Free School Lunch Program, Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Veteran's Pension or Survivor's Benefit or an income that is at or below 135% of Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Su - Sa 5 - 10 am
Intake Procedure:
Apply online via website or over the phone.
Fees:
No cost. If eligible, can receive up to 500 minutes per month.
