Program that provides access to medicaid or medicaid related services in special circumstances. Circumstances may include mental or physical disability, brain injury, residence in a nursing facility, and more.

Description:

Program providing UTA transit cards, Para-Transit bus vouchers, and door-to-door transportation service reimbursement for medical transport. Also may provide funding for overnight food and lodging, personal mileage reimbursement, and out of state travel.

Eligibility:
Traditional Medicaid recipients who do not have transportation to get to Medicaid-covered services.
