Providing free, non emergency medical services to improve the quality of life for uninsured or under insured families.

Description:

Volunteers needed for the clinic in multiple capacities such as medical, mental health, and health education services, as well as help in the office, or any skills volunteers may have.

Eligibility:
Open to persons with Medical background or interested in Clerical work.

Offers confidential HIV/STD (HIV, Hepatitis C, Chlamydia, Gonnorhea) testing.

Eligibility:
Open to persons 14 years old and older, regardless of insurance status.

Walk in; appointments are encouraged but not necessary

No cost. $15 donation appreciated per appointment, but not required.

Description:

The clinic helps patients apply to Prescription Assistance Programs (PAPs). Through Prescription Assistance Programs, many pharmaceutical companies provide now cost or significantly discounted medications to patients who qualify.

Eligibility:
Patients must have no public or private prescription drug coverage, including through government assistance programs (Medicaid, Medicare Part D, VA, etc.) Must be less that 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.

$15 donation requested but whatever a patient can afford.

Description:

Open to uninsured or under insured persons that need to see a medical provider for general care. Appointments usually fill up about one week prior to each clinic, so please make an appointment as soon as possible. Walk-ins will be seen on a first come first served basis if time allows.

One on one appointments are available with a certified counselor to help with insurance enrollment through the Marketplace, Medicaid, and CHIP, for 2020 Appointment dates are Tu November 19th and Tu December 3rd only; please call now to schedule your appointment.
