Victim Impact Panels are designed to help DUI offenders realize the lasting and long-term effects of substance impaired driving, to create empathy and understanding of the tragedy, to leave an impression that will change thinking and behavior, and to prevent future offenses from occurring.
Provides emotional support, guidance through the criminal and civil justice system, and resource referral for DUI/DWI car crash victims and their families. Can also provide financial compensation in some cases.
