Provides counseling and education services only. Agency does not provide reverse mortgages or financing. Counseling can be done via phone and visual web program which the counselor will set up with client.

Provides funding to make essential repairs to the home in order to eliminate health or safety hazards or improve security. Program covers major repairs, system upgrades, and replacements (roofing, plumbing, heating or electrical systems. Also broken/inefficient windows) but not minor repairs.

Welcome Home Program. A first time home buyer program funded by Logan City that provides up to $7,500 in down payment and/or closing cost assistance to qualified buyers.

Counseling and education services for Pre/Post Purchase, Foreclosures, and Fair Housing.

Credit counseling to help participants achieve goal of home ownership.

A sweat equity program that allows participant to build approximately 65% of the home. There is no down payment required and the applicant chooses the floor plan and colors. No prior construction experience is required, and the normal construction timeline is 8 to 12 months for completion. The final house payment amount is based on income and household size.
