Provides emergency temporary shelter with on-site supportive services tailored to assist those experiencing homelessness resolve their immediate crisis and rapidly return to stable housing. Services may include a safe, warm place to sleep, housing navigation, employment services, life skills, meals, medical care provided by mobile health clinics, personal storage, counseling, and connections to long-term community support. Emotional support and service pets are welcome. Accommodates 300 men, 18, and older.
Provides homeless diversion programs including Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF). This program provides services to low-income veterans either experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
Provides additional beds during emergency cold weather "Code Blue" alerts. Relaxed intake requirements are implemented during a code blue alert providing shelter to all those who need it.
The housing navigation program is designed to help clients find safe, affordable homes in the community. Housing navigators help clients gather a housing history, understand what type of housing is appropriate for the client's situation, identify and mitigate housing barriers, navigate an array of rental assistance and affordable housing programs, assist with household eligibility, rental applications, and landlord interviews. and by providing home needs including beds, kitchen items, and food supply.
Accepts a variety of season-appropriate clothing donations suitable for men and women.
Accepts personal grooming supply donations including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lice treatment, razors for shaving, shaving cream (non-aerosol), combs/brushes, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, chap stick, and body lotion.
