Eligibility:
Age 10 and over
Service Hours:
M - Th 8:30 am - 12 Noon & 1 - 5 pm; F 8:30 am - 12 Noon; Staff available on call 24/7
Intake Procedure:
Call for appointment. Leave a message and call will be returned within 24 to 48 hours.
Fees:
Vary; sliding scale and grant funding options available. Accepts most all insurances including Medicaid and Medicare.
