Rich HEAT Program

Program providing winter utility service payment assistance for low income households throughout Utah. Funding is available between November and April.

Description:

Program enables low income individuals and families, especially the handicapped and elderly, to be part of home energy saving programs.

Eligibility:
Individuals, families, handicapped, elderly (60 years and older). Total household income is no more than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm
