Provides Lyft rides for people who need transportation for assistance with food, health care, or public benefits and have no other transportation options.
Eligibility:
People with no other form of transportation available who are seeking transportation for access to food, health care, or public benefits on a limited basis within a limited distance.
Service Hours:
Ride schedule based on need and availability, call M - F 7 am - 6 pm to schedule
Intake Procedure:
Call to determine eligibility and schedule a ride.
