Provides developmental assessments for children 0-3 years of age.
Home Visits focus on parent-child interaction, development-centered parenting, and family well-being; on strengths, capabilities and skills; and on building protective factors within the family. PAT serves a range of families with high needs, not just first time parents, pregnant parents or teen parents, and offers services from birth to kindergarten entry.
Early intervention services consist of evaluation and assessment to determine if a child has delays or disabilities strongly associated with delays. May also include speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, special education, service coordination and family education. All services provided in child's natural environment.
A federally funded comprehensive program that promotes healthy prenatal outcomes for pregnant women and enhances the development of infants and toddlers. This program is designed to meet the needs of low-income families and includes services in the areas of education, health, nutrition, mental health, social service, disabilities, prenatal education, parental involvement, and training.
