Provides emergency care, preventive care (cleanings) and periodontal maintenance, restorative care (fillings, crowns, bridges), root canals, oral surgery, and dentures or partials.
Eligibility:
100% of the Federal poverty line for donated services, 100%-200% for discounted services.
Service Hours:
M - W 9 am - 5 pm; Th 9 am - 12:30 pm; F 9 am - 4 pm

No cost for donated services, set fee that varies by procedure for discounted services.
