Information/Counseling for Medicare beneficiaries regarding their rights and access to resources available. Offers one-on-one counseling assistance to people with Medicare and their families.

M - F 9 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call main number for information and leave message if unable to reach someone. Caller will be directed to local area agency on aging.

Medicare fraud assumes criminal intent and can be billing for services or supplies that were not provided, providing unsolicited supplies to beneficiaries, prescribing or providing unnecessary tests and services, violating the participating provider agreement with Medicare, and other examples.
