Description:
Offers individuals low-interest loans for the rehabilitation or reconstruction of their existing home. Also helps homeowners make home improvements, address accessibility issues, replace older housing stock, reduce overcrowding, update plumbing or electric and address any other type of housing concern.

Eligibility:
Applicants who do not currently own a home, who meet USDA/Rural development loan qualifications regarding good credit allowable debts, and whose income does not exceed 80% of their county's median income.

Eligibility:
Individuals or families who are 125% at or below the federal poverty level. Must have an eviction notice and be able to prove ability to pay future payments. Renter must provide 25% of rental payment, and the agency will only provide up to $750 in assistance.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Must have a combined gross income at or below 100% AMI and have experienced a documented COVID-19 loss of income or financial hardship. Funds can be used for the following expenses incurred from March 1, 2020 - December 30, 2020: Rent, Utilities (water, sewer, electrical, gas) Security Deposits, arrears (payments made for housing assistance over 30 days past due) is allowable for those that didn't receive an unemployment benefit for the months seeking arrearages, late fees.
