Southwest Behavioral Health Center - Iron County

Assists clients, families, and communities in preventing and recovering from severe and persistent mental illness and addiction through the following services: substance use disorder assessments, counseling services, mental health hotlines, mental health information, mental health evaluations, psychiatric case management, residential substance use disorder treatment, substance use disorder counseling, and suicide prevention programs.

Psychiatric Case Management
Description:

Provides psychiatric case management for clients.

Intake Procedure:
Call for intake and screening.
Fees:
Accepts Medicaid and private insurance. A sliding scale fee is available for clients who have no other coverage.

General Assessment for Substance Use Disorders
Description:

Provides a general substance abuse health evaluation to determine what services may be needed.

Eligibility:

Intake Procedure:
Call for evaluation first and then to schedule an appointment.
Fees:
Accepts Medicaid. Evaluation fee is $150.

Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facilities
Description:

Provides residential treatment for adults with substance abuse addiction.

Eligibility:
Serves adults only.
