Assists clients, families, and communities in preventing and recovering from severe and persistent mental illness and addiction. Services include assessments for substance use disorders, general and substance use disorder counseling, mental health evaluations, psychiatric case management, and a mental health crisis hotline.

Mental Health Evaluation
Description:

Provides a general mental health screening to determine the risk and severity of mental health issues.

Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees:
Mental health screenings at no cost. Full mental health evaluations cost a fee. Call for current fee details.

Description:

Fees:
Accepts Medicaid. A sliding scale fee is available for clients who have no other coverage.
