Provides outpatient speech, occupational and physical therapy for individuals 0 to 21 years old. Also offers speech/language evaluations and pediatric rehabilitation.

Speech Therapy
Description:

Provides assessment and treatment of a variety of speech, language, and cognitive deficits. Also evaluates and treats deficits of voice production, stuttering, and difficulties in swallowing.

Eligibility:
Children and adults 0-21 years old.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 6 pm
Intake Procedure:
Physician referral required. Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees:
Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. Those without insurance can apply for financial aid.
