Taylorsville Comprehensive Treatment Center

Provides specialized treatment for opioid dependency in individuals aged 18 and older. Uses an all-inclusive treatment approach combining medication-assisted treatment and counseling to assist patients toward recovery. Administers medications such as Methadone, Suboxone, Buprenorphine, and Vivitrol as part of the treatment.

Substance Use Disorder Education/Prevention
Description:

Eligibility:
18 years old and older, live within 50 miles of the center, be dependent on opioids for at least one year. When a client arrives they must be in a state of withdrawal not having opioids for 24 hours.
Service Hours:
Office: M - F 5:30 am - 2 pm; Sa 7 - 10 am Medication: M - F 5:30 - 10:45 am; Sa 7 - 10 am

Medication Assisted Maintenance Treatment for Substance Use Disorders
Description:

Provides Methadone, Suboxone, Buprenorphine, and Vivitrol as part of a substance use disorder treatment plan.
