Tooele County Aging Services

Promotes the safety, health, and independence of adults 60 years of age and older by offering a coordinated system of services that include congregate and home-delivered meals, senior ride and non-emergency medical transportation, general health/Medicare/Medicaid counseling, physical fitness, and caregiver/receiver support groups and education. Also provides related volunteer opportunities.

Home Delivered Meals
Description:

Provides home-delivered meals to homebound people aged 60 and over.

Eligibility:
Tooele County residents age 60 years or older.
Service Hours:
M - Th 8 am - 6 pm; F 8 am - 12 noon
Intake Procedure:
Please call to set up service. An in-home assessment is required to determine eligibility.

A $4 donation is suggested but not required

Description:

Offers one-on-one counseling and health benefits education to people with Medicare and their families.

Description:

Lunch is served to people aged 60 and over at the Tooele and Grantsville Senior Centers. The meals meet the dietary requirements of elderly persons.
