Transitional Services Office

Helps individuals who are recently out of jail or homeless acquire clothing, bus tokens, and referrals to other agencies who can help with housing, food, and employment.

Bus Fare
Description:

Provides a day bus pass for transient individuals to get to a shelter or connect with a community resource.

Eligibility:
Meant for those who are transient and do not have a local LDS bishop. An interview will determine what services an individual may be eligible for.
Service Hours:
M - F 10 am - 3 pm
Intake Procedure:
Walk in for an intake appointment. No guarantee of services for walk ins after 2:30 pm.

Description:

Provides food vouchers for Community Action for transient individuals.
