The program runs each year from October 1 through September 30.Administers the Utility Moratorium Program to prevent winter utility shut-off between November 15 and March 15 of each winter. For a limited time, those who qualify for rent and utility payment assistance, may also qualify for water and/or cooling payment assistance.
Assists homeowners in Daggett, Duchesne, Uintah counties with necessary home repairs. Examples of qualifiying repairs include roofing, ADA accessibility, furnace replacement, window replacement, plumbing issues, septic tank replacement, among other repairs.

Investigates complaints and concerns about nursing homes and residential facilities and provides information on facilities and financing. This program also advocates for all residents for assisted living regardless of age.
Recruits volunteers for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, as well as for the Foster Grandparent program and Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP).
Unified tri-county (Daggett, Duchesne, Uintah counties) area for economic and social development by representing local governments and utilizing combined resources to enhance the quality of life for their citizens. Administers the senior centers, HEAT, Self Help Housing Program, CDBG Rehabilitation Program, and Home Weatherization programs for Uintah, Daggett and Duchesne counties. SHIP is a national program that offers one-on-one counseling and assistance to people with Medicare and their families. Offices are opened for regular business hours; following all CDC and state guidelines.
Assists with rent deposits as available thru a one-time 50% match, or the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Rapid Re-housing (TANF) for families in need for a maximum of 4 months or until the crisis is over.
