Provides evaluation and treatment of adults and children with speech, language, and/or hearing impairment. Provides hearing aids, speech and language evaluations, audiological evaluations, as well as speech therapy services.

Hearing Aids
Description:

Provides audiological devices and treatment of adults and children with speech, language, and/or hearing impairment. Works with both hearing aids and cochlear implants.

Eligibility:
Patients with speech, language, and/or hearing impairment.
Service Hours:
M - F 8:30 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees:
Accepts major insurances and Medicaid.

Audiological Evaluations
Description:

Provides audiological evaluations for children and adults. Can evaluate hearing, auditory processing disorders, and vestibular/balance disorders.

Eligibility:
Patients with speech, language, and/or hearing impairment.
Service Hours:
M - F 8:30 am - 5 pm

Speech and Language Evaluations
Description:

Provides speech/language evaluations for children and adults to determine any current impairments or need for therapy.

Eligibility:
Children age 2 and up.
Service Hours:
M - F 8:30 am - 5 pm

Speech Therapy
Description:

Provides speech/language therapy services for children and adults with developmental disabilities or other impairments. Can provide alternative communication tools, stuttering therapy, aural rehabilitation, and voice therapy.

Eligibility:
Children age 2 and up.

M - F 8:30 am - 5 pm
