Utah Assistive Technology Program - Logan

Provides assistive technology equipment listing services, information, training, and research for and with individuals in the community, students, and professionals.

Description:

Serves as a resource and referral service throughout the state and the nation. Provides grants that cover up to $500 toward the purchase of assistive technology equipment and devices.

Eligibility:
Must be a resident of the state of Utah with a disability.
Service Hours:
M - W 12 noon - 5 pm; Th 12 noon - 6 pm

Description:

Provides AT training, services, and research for and with individuals in the community, students, and professionals throughout the state of Utah. Services include device demonstration/equipment lending, training in construction of simple assistive devices/ adaptive computer technologies, maintenance and repair of assistive technologies, development of prototype devices, and wheelchair evaluation.
