Administers a wide variety of home and community-based services for Utah residents who are 60 years of age or older. Investigates allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of vulnerable adults through Adult Protective Services (APS).

Program serves unpaid caregivers of older adults, persons with dementia of any age, persons with disabilities, and older adults caring for minor children. Provides access to resources and services, counseling, caregiver and dementia education, support groups, respite care, and assistive supplies.
