Provides services that help families with healthy eating through nutrition education, providing nutritious foods, breastfeeding support, and help accessing health care.

Description:

Provides program participants with services such as nutritional counseling, healthy foods, prenatal and breastfeeding support, a health assessment, and referrals to other helpful programs.

Eligibility:
Pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, infants, and children up to age 5 who meet income requirements. Note: If the client is already receiving SNAP (food stamps) or TANF (family employment program their income qualifies them for the program.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm
