Provides services to members of the Ute Indian Tribe including food pantries, home based parenting education, and substance use disorder education/prevention.

Description:

Provides nutritious, healthy food packages and nutrition education for low-income native Americans, especially the elderly/disabled residing on or near reservations. Delivery is available on a limited scale to those who are unable to travel. No food services are provided on the last two days of the month.

Eligibility:
Must not be receiving or pending receipt of food stamps. Head of Household must be an enrolled member of any recognized Tribe.

M - F 8 - 11:30 am & 1 - 3:30 pm
