Provides inpatient substance use disorder treatment to enrolled men and women of the Ute Indian Tribe.

Eligibility:
Members of the Uintah and Ouray Reservation as well as others who may need substance use disorder treatment services.
Service Hours:
M - Th 7 am - 12 noon & 12:45 - 5:30 pm; Intake: Th 7 - 10 am & 1 - 3 pm
