Meal preparation volunteers needed to provide and prepare meals at the Center for Woman and Children, and the Youth Resource Center: breakfasts, lunches, and dinners during the week. Commit to the time slot and provide, cook, prepare, serve, and clean up. Opportunities available for individuals and groups of 2 - 10. Opportunities are also available for those who wish to assist in serving meals at the Women's Resource Center.
Administrative Office Volunteers needed. Must be able to work 2-5 hours a week, M - F on a consistent basis.
Volunteers needed to teach classes and lead activity groups at the Center for Women and Children in the following areas: knitting, quilting, arts/crafts, jewelry making, karaoke, and self care (nail painting, face masks). Volunteers will lead an hour long group on a weekly basis.

Provides basic needs services and connects individuals experiencing homelessness in Salt Lake County to housing, legal, and medical services. Materials provided include food, water, hygiene supplies, clothes, shoes, sunscreen, bug spray, hand warmers, sleeping bags, and other supplies based on availability.

Mentors meet and take students into the community, meeting for 6-8 hours per month, and must commit to 9 months. Group mentoring options are also available. Mentoring young people one on one, provides youth with the support they need to grow and develop into successful members of the community.
