Wasatch County Children's Justice Center

Provides a safe place for children who have been physically or sexually abused.

Description:

Provides medical evaluation services to children during the investigation of child abuse. Individuals do not self-refer; must contact DCFS or law enforcement first.

Eligibility:
Children who have suffered abuse and are going through a child abuse investigation.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 4 pm
Intake Procedure:
If there is a suspected case of child abuse, Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) must be contacted first. The DCFS caseworker assigned to the family will then meet with the family at the Children's Justice Center for abuse investigation and all other services.
