Description:

Provides dental services to low-income Wasatch County families. Services include patient exams, x-rays, prophylaxis (cleaning and scaling), fluoride treatment, sealants, simple restoration, and extractions. The clinic does not do crowns or root canals.

Eligibility:
Low-income individuals and families. Accepts Medicaid, Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and patients with no dental insurance that qualify financially.
