Responsible for legal functions for Weber County, some of which include: crime victim support, district attorney, and legal service volunteer opportunities.

Description:

Representing and advising the county commissioner and other county departments on legal matters, working with numerous community partners to eliminate domestic violence and protect children who are victims of abuse and neglect, and supporting victims through what can be a complicated and confusing court process.

Eligibility:
Weber County Residents, cases prosecuted within Weber County.

M - F 8 am - 5 pm

Assists victims during the criminal process and provides referrals to the appropriate resources.

Eligibility:
Any victim of an unreported, pending, or ongoing criminal charge/crime within Weber County.
