Weber-Morgan Early Intervention

Provides individualized support and services for children with developmental delays or with disabilities. Early intervention services are delivered through a family empowerment model that focuses on helping children achieve goals in all areas of development. All services take place in the child's natural environment.

Description:

Early Intervention develops a plan for children with concerns regarding development to identify the services and supports needed by the child and provides instruction for the family. Individualized services to specific needs include evaluations, speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, family education, family support/social work, and infant/toddler health.

Eligibility:
Children born to three years of age who meet or exceed the definition of developmental delays or have a medical diagnosis that is expected to result in a developmental delay.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call to schedule an evaluation or visit website for information including fees.
Fees:
No cost for evaluation. Sliding scale available.
