Work Activity Center - West Valley

A community center providing support and social opportunities for adults with disabilities. The center provides the following: Day treatment, social and recreational programs, independent living skills instruction, supported living services, and adult out of home respite care for adults with developmental disabilities. Volunteers are also needed to assist with these services.

Description:

Focuses on providing adults with disabilities access to a wide range of activities that offer the possibility of learning, improved physical fitness, and fun, all in a safe and supervised environment. Activities include Special Olympics, sport leagues, community events, and dances.

Eligibility:
Individuals 18 and older with a disability.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 4 pm
